Move With ..

A weekly live yoga class you can do from wherever you are, no driving, no rushing around, and no need to find a spare hour in your already busy day.

This class is designed to help you move, strengthen, breathe and reset. Expect a well-rounded practice combining movement, mobility, strength, balance and relaxation, with options to make things more challenging or more accessible depending on how your body feels that day.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or particularly “yoga-y”. Just bring yourself, a little space and a mat if you have one.

Perfect for: busy people who want to make yoga part of their week without having to leave the house.

Yoga Teacher Training 2027

Learn to teach yoga. Find your voice. Build your confidence.

Yoga teacher training is about so much more than learning how to put together a sequence of postures.

It’s about understanding the practice, learning how to teach real people with real bodies, finding your own voice as a teacher and developing the confidence to step into the room and lead.

I’m proud to be one of two Senior Lead Teachers on A Fine Balance’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, supporting and guiding students throughout their teacher training journey.

The training brings together traditional yoga teachings with modern movement education, anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, breathwork, meditation, inclusive teaching and practical teaching experience.

MY ROLE

As a Senior Lead Teacher, I’m there to do more than teach the content. I support students as they develop from yoga practitioners into confident, capable teachers.

We’ll explore the practical side of teaching, from sequencing and cueing to observing students, adapting practices and learning how to create classes that are intelligent, inclusive and genuinely useful.

I’ll share the things I’ve learned through years of teaching, including the things you simply can’t learn from a textbook.

Because becoming a yoga teacher isn’t about finding the “perfect” way to teach. It’s about developing the knowledge, confidence and self-awareness to find your own way of teaching.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Whether you’ve always dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher, you’re looking to take your existing practice deeper, or you’re curious about where yoga could take you next, teacher training can be a transformative experience.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

You just need to be willing to learn, practise, get things wrong, try again and be curious about the person — and teacher — you’re becoming.
